This weekend is the 9th annual Nebraska Wine and Jazz festival! This showcase will feature wines from a number of Nebraska wineries and jazz music performed by talented Nebraska musicians. The Kearney Area Community Foundation took over the event as the charity’s annual fundraiser. The Festival gives recognition to the value-added segment of the Nebraska agri-tourism industry while highlighting unique musicians from across our great state. Proceeds from the event go to the Foundation’s general fund used for operating the organization, as well as giving grants back to the community. The event will be hosted at the Buffalo County Fairgrounds Expo Building again this year. Attendees will pay an admission fee of $25 per person and receive a souvenir glass to sample Nebraska wines and listen to outstanding Nebraska jazz musicians. There will also be a retail opportunity to purchase your favorite wine from one of Nebraska’s premier vineyards, as well as delicious food from Cunningham’s Journal. Taste a variety of microbrews and unique ales from local microbreweries!
Event begins at 5pm on Friday, May 20th!
